(2) Home Valuation

Your real estate agent will complete a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to price your home properly.

(3) Staging
Stage your home

Although it is by no means required, real estate agent  might have a stager come in and stage your home for a more attractive offer. 

(4) Photography
Take Pictures and and Videos

The real estate agent will hire a professional photographer to take professional pictures and video of your home. 

(5) Listing
List your home on the MLS

The listing agent will list your home on the MLS with beautiful photos and write a sensational description.

(6) Marketing
Market Your Home

To drive traffic to your home, the listing agent will be posting the usual signs in your yard, a box of fliers, listing it online on social networks and contacting, qualified buyers too.

(7) Open House
Schedule and Hold Open Houses

The listing agent will advertise open houses and hold them. He/she will be responsible for scheduling walk-through showings too.

(9) Offers and Contracts
Review Offers and Submit Counter Offers

The listing agent will look over each offer/contract your received and help to break it down for you.

(10) Negotiations
Communicate and and Negotiate The Sale

Communication is the key. The listing agent will stay in touch with all parties, fielding questions, handling paperwork and negotiating the final sale price and terms of the sale with your interests in mind.

(11) Inspection
Attend the Home Inspection

Some buyers will exaggerate everything in the hopes of getting a closing cost concession or the seller making repairs. By being there for the inspection, the listing agent get to hear all the feedback from the inspector first-hand.

(12) Appraisal
Attend the Home Appraisal

The listing agent will answer the questions the appraiser has and make sure he/she understands the facts about the home. The listing agent will explain about the recent updated and help clarify any confusion among other things.

(13) Pre-Closing
Finalize Loose Ends For Closing

Selling a house involves a lot of work. There are so many little details that must be taken care of. As the closing draws near, the listing agent will take care of all the loose ends for you. 

(14) Closing
Attend Closing

The listing agent will conduct a walk-trough with you, the buyer and buyer's agent and then attend the closing to complete the closing successfully.
